Responsible for developing, planning, coordinating and implementing education, training programs and skills validation for clinical staff. Requires a high degree of home health clinical competency & expert in OASIS application in the clinical setting. Three years of home care experience required. Recent infusion experience. Hospice and wound care experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider required. RN License (IDPR) required. Requires a valid driver's license (for a minimum of 12 months), a satisfactory driving record (as deemed by RHS), and proof of automobile insurance equal or greater to that required by the state of Illinois.
