Provides the patient with occupational therapy services within his/her home, under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. Care is directed toward improving the patient's functional ability or restoring the patient's ability to perform functional tasks independently. CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider required. Graduate-Approved OT Asst Prog required. Minimum 1 Yr Relevant Experience preferred. Occupational Therapy Assistant required. Paygrade 411 |
