Interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and other health care professionals regarding patient assessment, work-up, therapeutic procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc., in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of health care services High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum 1 Yr Relevant Experience required.
